Civil mediation can help find a solution to a very broad range of civil issues like:
Landlord and Tenant Disputes
Credit Card Lawsuits
Real Estate Issues
Most mediation sessions is handled in the same basic six steps. The session begins with each party having the opportunity to express their viewpoint in the situation. The mediator will gather more details from the parties and will help identify the issues and obstacles that may have stopped any previous settlement. After helping the two parties come to different options, the mediator will draw up the final agreement that is signed by both parties.
Again, the mediator DOES NOT force a settlement on either party nor acts as advocate for or give any legal advice to either party.
